How can yoga, meditation, and breath awareness support the process of making resolutions? Turns out, the old dovetails beautifully with the new when we listen beyond analytical thought to hear the authentic self. Activities include gentle yoga, breathing skills, meditation, and reflection on yoga’s yamas and niyamas. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a sense of adventure. Come participate in this 2-day experiential learning event. Learn the basics of this energy psychology method based in the language of ‘non needle acupuncture’ to create behavioral change. Master skills to create desired changes to reduce pain and anxiety, promote weight loss and increase your self esteem. Also included are advanced problem solving techniques and individual skills development, including professional marketing concepts of business practice and ethics. Certification of completion is awarded after individual class case presentation and review.

Good Energy, Good Health: An Introduction to Vibrational Medicine
Using traditional Chinese Medicine and the natural healing principles of Ayurveda, this course provides the participant with a general overview of vibrational medicine and explores the intrinsic role that both Mind and Body play in achieving lasting emotional and physical health. Participants will look inward at the ways the Mind, Body and Spirit may create an inner peacefulness and well being. Outwardly the participant looks at the relationship with nature and the healing energies present within the plants and minerals found there. Participants will practice through specially developed hands-on healing exercises and assignments. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal.

An 8-hour experiential workshop designed to assist participants in accessing the wisdom of the mind, body and spirit to enhance health, promote healing and enjoy life. Participants will be guided on a journey of self-discovery using guided imagery, self-hypnosis, art, movement and music to access their own intuition and to liberate their own inner healer.
