Campus Planning & Services

There are four methods to report Routine Maintenance/Repairs, Housekeeping, Grounds/Landscape, Telephone/Voicemail,  or Projects.

  1. Report Verbally: Notify your Resident Coordinator (RC) or Building Coordinator regarding your request. These individuals have the ability to enter and track the status of work requests.
      
  2. Telephone Method: Call the Service Request Line at extension 2201. Provide your name, building name, room number, extension and a detail of your request. A work order will be generated and assigned to technician.
     
  3. Paper Method: Fill out a "Campus Services Maintenance Request Form" and send it via campus mail or fax it to extension 2461.
      
  4. On-line: Log-on to "Facility Center — Web Requester". After you log-in you can enter and track your own work requests. Registered users only.  (Faculty and Staff: call our office manager at extension 2372 to request log-in ID.)

There are two methods for requesting Special Event/ Meeting Room Setups

  1. Faculty and Staff: Fill out a "Special Event Request Form" and send it via campus mail or fax it to extension 2461.  Our team requests a 48 hour notice so we can properly prepare to handle your requests.

  2.  Students - Fill out a "Special Event Request Form".  Submit completed form to student Activities for approval.  The Student Event Coordinator can be reached at extension 2281.
