Advancement

The Phonathon is a biannual event in which student callers serve as friendly ambassadors for the University. Callers update alumni, parents and friends of the University on news from Queens, in addition to educating them about the need for gifts to The Queens Fund and asking for their support. Each year our alumni have blown us away with their dedication to Queens, and their love for the University. We are excited to gear up for Phonathon this fall!

P
honathon supports The Queens Fund which goes solely to student scholarships, both merit and need-based. Any gift given to The Queens Fund will directly impact the lives of our students. During phonathon, student callers work diligently each fall and spring calling alumni, parents, and friends, asking them to support The Queens Fund. This year Phonathon will begin on September 14, and will occur Monday through Thursday, 5:30 to 9pm through the end of October.

If you have any questions please contact Shaina "Perky" Barlow '08 at barlows@queens.edu, or 704 337-2504. Below you can meet the 2009-2010 Phonathon Callers, and learn a little bit more about where they are from, and why they enjoy Queens.
