| The Friends of the Library at Everett Library is a vibrant organization dedicated to providing social and literary events to the Queens community and the Charlotte community at large through Book Talks and Book and Author Events. Founded in 1971 by a group of interested citizens who pledge to provide support and resources to Everett Library at Queens University of Charlotte, the Friends of the Library organization is an integral part of the life of Everett and the entire Queens campus. Our mission is to share this educational institution, its resources and book collections with everyone who wishes to join our membership. In addition, The Friends of the Library plans annual events that would interest those who love to read and who celebrate in the fellowship of books and ideas. |
