The Coffee "Hour" is 10:45 to 11:15am, as a preface to weekly Chapel Services that are scheduled 11:15 to 11:45am.
Thanks to each of you for hosting the Faculty/Staff Coffee this spring. Arrangements are made with Sodexho Catering to furnish coffee, tea, condiments, and service pieces (paid from college funds). Members of the hosting department furnish all the special food items to which we look forward!
Your department is responsible for providing a table centerpiece and servers. Luke Manlove will provide you with the tablecloth and will set-up the table. Please arrive early with the centerpiece and the food items. Assign some of your representatives to help clear the table and stack dirty dishes to facilitate the cleanup. – Make sure to get all items from the center table to the side area (near the water fountain and kitchen).
If you wish to host your Coffee in a location other than THE McINNES PARLOURS in Burwell Hall, please notify Mr. Manlove at ext. 7215. The faculty and staff can be notified of a change in location by means of a notice in "QNews" or by voice mail.
If you wish to change your date for hosting the Coffee, please make the swap with one of the other hosts and then notify Jennifer Matz at ext. 2404. Feel free to contact Jennifer should you have additional questions or concerns.
