Programming Schedule
Jazzercise
The "original" dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music. Instructors make all the routines fun and easy to follow. Every class (excluding Sculpt and Express formats) includes a warm up, 40-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and an ending stretch.

Capoeria
Capoeira, a unique Brazilian Martial Art, combines elements of dance, gymnastics, yoga, and self defense with music and singing in a social, un and welf-challenging sport. No experience is required and we welcome beginners. Classes are held Tuesday & Thursday from 6:40-8:40 and Saturdays from 4:00-6:00. Queens Students are welcome FREE of charge.

Yoga
Queens, in conjunction with Jazzercise, is excited to offer The ultimate mind and body workout, Yoga. Classes begin Monday, May 12th and will be held Mondays & Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30. Cost is $10 per class or $38 for a combination Jazzercise/Yoga monthly pass.
