Queens University of Charlotte recognizes the Senior Year as a transition time for students. In 2002, a Senior Year Experience Committee composed of faculty, staff, seniors and juniors was created to implement strategies for a smoother transition to life after college. The committee's purpose is to bring closure to the undergraduate experience, provide students with an experience to reflect on the meaning of the college experience, and facilitate graduating student's transition to post-college life. SYE strives to share important graduation information, coordinate educational programs concerning transition and career development, and plan celebratory activities throughout the Senior Year.
