The scholarship selection committee will review all information you provided with your application for admission in addition to the statement requested below in selecting Community Service Grant recipients.

Provide a listing of community service activities/agencies in which you have been involved, including dates of service, and describe (in 300 - 500 words) how these experiences have contributed to your personal development. Also indicate what specific area of community service you would like to pursue during your enrollment at Queens.
