The Office of Marketing & Community Relations provides marketing consulting and strategic planning for a number of Queens units, upholds and advances the Queens brand, and communicates consistent visual and verbal messages that reinforce Queens University of Charlotte’s image and reputation.
The Marketing & Community Relations team provides services including Media Relations, Printing Services and Web Services to all campus units and is committed to:
- Quality: ensuring excellent service and producing high-quality marketing, promotional, recruitment, fund-raising and informational communications for university clients
- Building Relationships: Comprised of marketing and media relations, graphic design, print production, and Web professionals, the Marketing & Community Relations staff collaborates and works with the Queens community and external constituents to achieve optimal results.
- Innovation: seeking new, dynamic strategies to communicate and approach tasks while preserving and promoting the Queens brand
- Consistency: producing accurate, consistent and clear messaging while providing full services for planning, developing and producing a wide range of communications, such as recruitment brochures, publications, fund-raising materials, Web sites, and computer-based presentations
- Strategic Thinking: maintaining Queens’ identity and vision while promoting the university, being proactive, and planning for future development and academic trends
