The mission of the Office of Marketing & Community Relations is to advance the overall Queens University of Charlotte vision by promoting the university internally and externally through collateral materials, publications, the news media, and the Web site.

Marketing & Community Relations provides brand-centered, results-oriented and integrated communications solutions that advance, distinguish and position Queens University of Charlotte. The Office of Marketing & Community Relations strives to be the principal and reliable source of communications about Queens, as well as the primary strategist of the university’s comprehensive communications.

Marketing & Community Relations uses a research-driven, comprehensive approach to communications that utilizes a strategic mix of tactics to engage, inform, and influence target audiences. Marketing & Community Relations is committed to:
- Quality: ensuring excellent service and producing high-quality marketing, promotional, recruitment, fund-raising and informational communications for university clients
- Building Relationships: Comprised of marketing and media relations, graphic design, print production, and Web professionals, the Marketing & Community Relations staff collaborates and works with the Queens community and external constituents to achieve optimal results.
