Our program was built on proven leadership principles: Competence, Character, and Commitment to Community. In the McColl School, you will explore and develop your leadership skills through the Leadership Passport Program, which provides a roadmap for experiential learning outside the classroom.

Internships and Career Programs

All traditional undergrads complete internships, and Charlotte is a great place for business students to gain experience: Charlotte is home is nearly 300 Fortune 500 companies and is the country’s second-largest banking center. But we’ll give you more than proximity to business leaders; we’ll help you build relationships with them.
