Not only do students receive invaluable mentorship, but they also gain access to career insights and a wealth of networking opportunities that can set them on the path to success. It&#8217;s a win-win situation where experience meets ambition!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Alumni Council<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Student Alumni Council (SAC) serves as a vital link between Queens students and alumni. In partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations, SAC strengthens connections across generations by promoting university traditions, building school pride, and fostering a sense of community. Through leadership and engagement, SAC members help educate their peers about the Alumni Philosophy and the important role students will one day play as members of the alumni community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note from the President<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Being part of the Student Alumni Council has been one of the most impactful parts of my college experience. I\u2019ve built genuine friendships, connected with alumni whose journeys continue to inspire me, and learned essential skills like networking, communication, and event planning. Now, as President, I\u2019m excited to lead with excitement, creating an inclusive and engaging experience for all members, strengthening our alumni-student connection, and bringing unique benefits to the members of the Student Alumni Council, like exclusive swag and graduation cords. I\u2019m proud and grateful to be part of the change I want to see on campus.&#8221;<br>~ Emily Wouterse \u201926<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Senior Class Gift<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Queens, we live by the motto \u201cNot to be served, but to serve.\u201d As seniors prepare to graduate, they also begin the transition from students to alumni\u2014a time to reflect on the impact Queens has had on their journey and to consider how they can give back. Through the Senior Class Gift Campaign, we help future alumni embrace the importance of lifelong philanthropic support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This annual campaign is led by the Student Alumni Council seniors in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Last year, the Class of 2025 rallied 91 donors\u201425% of the class\u2014and raised an impressive $3,800!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Stay tuned for details about the Class of 2026 campaign.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get Involved<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to help lead the Senior Class Gift or learn more about the Student Alumni Council?
