For your account to be considered in good standing, you must pay in full by the corresponding term due date or be set up on the payment plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Graduate Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Due Dates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fall &#8211; August 26<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spring &#8211; January 6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Summer &#8211; May 5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For any student enrolling after the payment due date, payment is due upon registration. For your account to be considered in good standing, you must pay in full by the corresponding term due date or be set up on the payment plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Late fees are assessed each semester for students who have not paid their student account balance in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the outstanding balance is <strong>less than $2,000<\/strong>, a <strong>$75<\/strong> late fee will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the balance is <strong>$2,000 or more<\/strong>, a <strong>$100<\/strong> late fee will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once assessed, late fees will continue to be charged <strong>monthly<\/strong> until the balance is paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are notified of their account statements via their <strong>Queens email address<\/strong>. On a 529 check, be sure it says FBO (for the benefit of) if the students name is listed on the check. You will receive a Transaction Approved message once payment is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Queens accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and E-Check (ACH)* tuition payments.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>There is a 2.95% convenience fee for credit card and debit card payments.<\/strong> <strong>There is a 4.75% convenience fee for non-US credit and debit card payments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>*There is a $0.50 convenience fee per E-Check (ACH) payment. Payment plans allow you to pay your tuition and fees over time, in smaller, monthly installments.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/article>\n  <\/component>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parent PINs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents planning to manage their student&#8217;s payment plan are encouraged to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.queens.edu\/afford\/parent-resources\/\">create an individual login\/PIN<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuition Deferment Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The tuition deferment plan is for students whose employers reimburse tuition expenses at the end of the semester.
