The Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture and Design, granted by Queens University of Charlotte, meets the educational requirement for eligibility to sit for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Examination (NCIDQ Exam). For more information about NCIDQ Exam eligibility, visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cidq.org\/for-exam-candidates\/eligibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">CIDQ website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Achievement Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture and Design at Queens University of Charlotte is designed to be completed in four years by a full-time student taking approximately 16 credits per semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queens previously offered a three-year track for students who had already completed their general education requirements, either at another institution or at Queens. That track is no longer offered. Students who wish to transfer into the IAD program now transfer interior design credits and present a portfolio for placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data below is specific to the Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture and Design and was last updated in October 2026. Retention and graduation figures come from Queens University of Charlotte institutional records. Career outcome and graduate school figures come from the Vandiver Center for Career Development and reflect outcomes up to one year after graduation, not graduates\u2019 current status.
