As a sociology major, you will learn to question assumptions, evaluate evidence and data, and develop evidence-based arguments. Many of you may also choose to take on an additional major or minor to amplify your academic experience. She went on to earn a Master of Public Policy, Urban Planning, and Management from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Emergency Management from Lander University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. Today, Colette is a Process Optimization Manager at McGrath RentCorp, a leading modular space and portable storage solutions provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And it all started at Queens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;My experience at Queens enriched my life personally and professionally. My professors supported every curiosity I had and encouraged my research as a double major in Sociology and Political Science. My life changed forever due to the Queens community.
