She leads initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity for professionals, organizational partners, and students in both undergraduate and graduate level programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her work centers on helping individuals and teams deepen self-awareness, improve collaboration, and enhance performance through coaching and applied learning. Jane is certified in a range of leadership and assessment tools, including the Actualized Leadership Profile (ALP), Actualized Team Profile (ATP), ALP360, Herrmann Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), WorkPlace Personality, SchoolPlace Big Five, and the Values Profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She holds a B.S. in Sociology from North Carolina State University and an M.S. in Organization Development, along with a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching, from the McColl School of Business.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Biography Jane is the Assistant Director of the Center for Leadership and Executive Education in the McColl School of Business and the owner of Williams Leadership Group.
