HR Leadership Summit
A comprehensive educational program for HR Professionals
12th ANNUAL HR LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
Tuesday, October 11th, 2022
Queens University of Charlotte is pleased to offer the 12th annual Human Resources (HR) Leadership Summit for professionals seeking to effectively lead business change in the face of today’s complex challenges. The HR Leadership Summit speakers focus on key emerging trends relevant to a variety of industries, organizations, and leaders.
Potential topics from Deloitte’s annual Global Human Capital trends report, although not yet released for 2022, serve as a guide for the Summit. We invite all HR professionals to answer Deloitte’s trends survey which will help gather information for the 2023 trends report.
The 2022 HR Leadership Summit includes sessions on Talent/Workforce Development, Performance Management, Hybrid Work/Meetings, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The conference theme, HR = Connector, Collaborator, & Cultivator, highlights the multifaceted role of HR in organizational initiatives to foster and sustain workforce engagement and organizational success.
The safety and health of our attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff is of the utmost importance to Queens University of Charlotte and the HR Leadership Summit Steering Committee. As a result, we have decided to hold HR Leadership Summit on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 with the option to attend in-person or to participate virtually via livestream of the conference.
