Instructor, Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing

Biography

Emily White is the author of Fast Girls, and You Will Make Money In Your Sleep, a biography of white collar criminal Dana Giacchetto. Her work has appeared in various magazines including The New York Times Magazine, The New York Times Book Review, Spin, Newsday, and Nest. She was a Stegner fellow at Stanford and has taught at Richard Hugo House in Seattle. She currently teaches at the University of Washington.  

White teaches creative nonfiction in our low-residency MFA in Creative Writing Program.
