Timothy Burson, Ph.D.
Dr. Timothy Burson is a professor of economics whose research focuses primarily on
issues of teaching pedagogy and case studies that can be used in the classroom. Since
joining the faculty at Queens, he has received multiple teaching awards, including
the Queens University of Charlotte Teacher of the Year Award.
In addition to his teaching and research, Dr. Burson served as president of the Southeast Case Research Association from 2009-10, and was named a SECRA fellow for his contributions to that organization in 2010.
