Varvara Pasiali, Ph.D., MT-BC
Dr. Varvara Pasiali has extensive clinical experience working with families, children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and children with behavioral or emotional needs.
She currently teaches music therapy courses at Queens and supervises students during clinical field-placements.
Her research interests include early intervention, prevention, resilience and parent-child attachment/reciprocity. She has published in the Journal of Creativity in Mental Health, Journal of Music Therapy, Nordic Journal of Music Therapy, and Music Therapy Perspectives and is a frequent conference presenter. She serves on the editorial board for the open access online journal Approaches: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Music Therapy and Music Therapy Perspectives.
