We\u2019re excited to welcome you to Family & Friends Weekend 2026! Family & Friends Weekend is an exciting annual event at Queens University of Charlotte, offering students, families, and friends the opportunity to come together and experience the vibrant campus life. Throughout the weekend, you will enjoy a variety of activities, sporting events, social gatherings, and special programs designed to showcase the university community. It\u2019s a chance for families to reconnect, make lasting memories, and engage with the Queens experience in a fun, welcoming environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:00-7:00 p.m. | F&FW Cookout<\/strong><\/p>\n

Join us for a gathering on the lawn as we kickoff a fun-filled Family & Friends Weekend!<\/em><\/p>\n

6:00-8:00 p.m. | Talent Show with Campus Union Board<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grab your dinner and come listen to some of our amazing student performers.<\/em><\/p>\n

7:00 p.m. | Women’s Field Hockey vs. Davidson College
\n<\/strong>Bessant Field, Queens University Sports Complex<\/p>\n

Start the weekend with an exciting Royals matchup highlighting Field Hockey’s 10-Year Program Celebration.<\/em><\/p>\n

8:30-10:00 p.m. | Royals Bonfire with Residence Life<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wrap up the night by joining Residence Life for a cozy evening around the fire pit! Enjoy music with a DJ, and snacks as we dance and gather around the fire.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n

Join our university administration as they share more information about the recent announcement of the Queens University of Charlotte and Elon University proposed merger. <\/em><\/p>\n

11:00 a.m. | Men & Women\u2019s Swimming vs. Davidson College<\/strong>

12:00 p.m. | Women\u2019s Volleyball vs. University of West Florida<\/strong>

Rally around the Royals as they take the court for their alumni recognition game.<\/em><\/p>\n

2:00 p.m. | Queens Service in Action: Presentation and Service Project<\/strong><\/p>\n

Come learn what we mean by our motto “Non ministrari sed ministrare”, or “not to be served, but to serve” by joining us for a meaningful service activity. While doing the service project, we will also share a presentation about the many ways that we give back to the community through service and civic engagement.<\/em><\/p>\n
