To meet that demand, the McColl School\u2019s Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate will teach you to improve and reinforce the performance of others that applies to a range of coaching clients. The three-course sequence provides you with the resources and opportunities to practice and develop your coaching skills while receiving individual customized feedback and support. You will learn both theory and practical skills, enabling you to provide high-impact coaching. You will also be equipped to apply your coaching skillset to direct reports, peers, managers, and executives. This certificate provides value to coach practitioners and leaders who use coaching skills in their roles. If you&#8217;d like to advance in your career as a coach, this is the program for you!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queens\u2019 Executive Coaching Certificate and Program is designed with a focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">International Coach Federation<\/a> (ICF) competencies and requirements.
