In the McColl School\u2019s Leadership &amp; Change Graduate Certificate, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, the human dynamics of organizational change, and the frameworks associated with leadership and change management. With this knowledge, you will be equipped to make decisions that facilitate positive organizational change.
