With this certificate, you will learn to design and deliver effective programs and services for gifted and talented students. Our knowledgeable faculty will teach you research-based strategies and the applications of these strategies for today\u2019s schools.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Queens, you\u2019ll work directly with faculty who have decades of teaching and research experience and have been in your current position as K-12 educators as well as coaches, facilitators, specialty leaders, and administrators. As professional developers, they work with school administrators and teachers in local districts and schools. This ensures they keep current on standards, best practices, and recent education trends.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our certificate program prepares teachers to obtain an Academically\/Intellectually Gifted (K-12) Education add-on licensure to their North Carolina teaching license.
