You will also begin to design instructional units and improve teaching strategies using the best practices supported by the ISTE Standards. This program also prepares you to create a professional development curriculum and experiences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Queens, you\u2019ll work directly with faculty who have decades of teaching and research experience and have been in your current position as K-12 educators as well as coaches, facilitators, specialty leaders, and administrators. As professional developers, they work with school administrators and teachers in local districts and schools.
