Albright Hall
Completed in 1964, Albright was named in honor of Miss Thelma Albright, former Dean of Students and a long-time faculty member at Queens. Freshly renovated Albright invites first year students to its halls.
Albright is one of two halls with a courtyard in the middle, the other being Barnhardt. Residents can use this quiet, beautiful space to study, relax, or socialize. Next to the courtyard is the lobby, which includes furniture, a television, and an air hockey table. From there, students can go to the basement, where there is a laundry room. Each floor offers gender specific, community restroom areas, with trash rooms on the second and third floors.
Albright Gallery
Albright offers both double and triple rooms. The rooms have brand new furniture including lofted beds, dressers, and desks. Double rooms include a built-in closet space with ample storage. Triple rooms come with a bunk bed and one lofted bed and features all moveable furniture including armoires.
Albright is served by six Resident Assistants (RAs), two to each floor, and a Graduate Hall Director who strives to provide an inclusive community for their residents, following the Residence Life & Housing mission and vision.
