Mission Statement
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council fully supports Queens' Strategic Initiative focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Elevating diversity, equity, and inclusion to the level of a strategic imperative, impacting all aspects of the university, is a crucial first step to become the Queens we strive be. The Council further acknowledges the need to be intentional in the incorporation of all three elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion to achieve our goals.
