We&#8217;re thrilled to have you join us as a new or transfer student at Queens. Here, you&#8217;ll find everything you need to kickstart your journey to living on campus and learn about our housing selection process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2026-2027 Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>April 10 at 10:00 a.m. \u2013 New Student Room Selection Application OPENS<br>June 2 at 10:00 a.m. \u2013 Honors Housing Selection OPENS<br>June 10 at 10:00 a.m. \u2013 General New Student Room Selection OPENS through Self-Service.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*<em>Transfer students are not required to live on campus<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once a student has selected a room, they can select meal plans through Self-Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You <strong>must have already created your Queens account<\/strong> to access your Self-Service and participate in any housing processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students will automatically be eligible to start searching for roommates upon completion of the housing application. Complete your new student room application and sign your housing contract online via the <a href=\"https:\/\/queens.datacenter.adirondacksolutions.com\/queens_thdss_prod\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Self-Service website<\/a>\u00a0beginning\u00a0<strong>April 10<\/strong>. Please note &#8211; if you are under 18 at the time you are completing the application, you will need Parent\/Legal Guardian permission before your application is considered complete. See \u201cImportant Notes\u201d for instructions to receive the verification email.<\/p>\n<p>2. Match with your roommate(s) on the <a href=\"https:\/\/queens.datacenter.adirondacksolutions.com\/queens_thdss_prod\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Self-Service website<\/a>. Please make sure you and your potential roommate(s) have completed the new student room application and contract in step #1 before trying to match in Self-Service.
