She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Master of Science in Nursing from Rush University, and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University in 2020. She is a certified Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and her clinical experience is in pediatric critical care, primarily cardiac critical care. She has worked at Children&#8217;s Memorial Hospital in Chicago (now Lurie Children&#8217;s Hospital), Duke University Children&#8217;s Hospital, C.S.
