She is currently an Associate Professor and the Director of the Presbyterian School of Nursing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her current research involves teaching across generations and the assimilation of the new nurse educator to their role post-graduation. She reviews for several reputed journals and has been working on curriculum revisions according to the new AACN Essentials.
