The COA is an estimate of expenses you can reasonably expect to pay in one year of attendance of a university. The COA includes both\u00a0<strong>direct<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>indirect<\/strong>\u00a0costs.\u00a0<strong>Direct<\/strong>\u00a0costs include charges paid directly to Queens, like tuition, fees, and room and board for students who live on campus.\u00a0<strong>Indirect<\/strong>\u00a0costs are other expenses that should be considered while enrolled, like books, supplies, and transportation costs.<\/p>\n<p>A student\u2019s\u00a0<em>actual costs<\/em>\u00a0may vary depending upon food and housing selections, course fees, and individual decisions about enrollment.
