The online service walks you through the ordering process and provides notifications as orders are received and processed by the Registrar&#8217;s Office. Please sign the consent form electronically or print, sign, and fax it to the National Student Clearinghouse. Orders will not be available to the Registrar&#8217;s Office unless a consent form is signed. To order an official transcript, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org\/school\/ficecode\/00295700\">Transcript Ordering Center website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Current students<\/strong> may access their unofficial transcripts through <a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.queens.edu\/\">MyAccount<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Former students<\/strong> may complete the <em>Academic Unofficial Transcript form<\/em> on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.queens.edu\/registrar\/forms\/\">Forms webpage<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you have an outstanding financial obligation with the university, a transcript will not be issued.
