Parking is reserved for commuting, adult, and upperclassmen students. Upperclassmen residential students must park in the Byrum parking deck next to the Levine Center for Health &amp; Wellness. Parking in the deck requires a residential parking permit and an access card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All commuters with a parking permit can park in any open lot or space on the main campus, except for those marked as reserved for guests or events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025-2026 Parking Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Residential Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Annual Resident permit &#8211; $490<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fall Early Graduate Resident permit &#8211; $245<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spring Only Resident permit &#8211; $245<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commuter Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Annual Commuter permit &#8211; $220<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fall Early Graduate Commuter permit &#8211; $110<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spring Only Commuter permit &#8211; $110<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Queens Parking Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Queens Parking Portal is your one-stop place for all your parking needs! Log in to purchase permits, pay or appeal tickets, and manage your parking account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To register you will need the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>License plate number and state of registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicle details: year, make, model, and color<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student, Staff &amp; Faculty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a current Queens student or employee, please register using this option to log into our parking portal using your Queens username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/ctitt-queensuniversity.cticloudhost.com\/TickeTrak.WebPortal\/sso\/Home\/Index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Queens Parking Portal<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Once you have completed the online registration process, please bring your Queens ID and a picture of your license plate to Campus Police to receive your decal.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Parking Permits are valid through August.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guest Parking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Student Guests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need a parking permit for a guest, both you and your guest must visit the Campus Police office in Watkins Hall bringing the following with you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student &#8211; please bring your Queens ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guest &#8211; please know your license plate number and vehicle details (year, make, model, and color).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your guest will be given a hangtag to display in their rearview mirror.
