Clubs & Organizations<\/strong> – Create a new student group on campus and become an executive member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Emerging Leaders<\/strong> – A six-week cohort-based beginner leadership program. Students identify their leadership styles, strengths, and values while simultaneously learning how to work with different team members to grow their skills around group dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n LEADEx <\/strong>– A first-year student outdoor leadership program. Students participate in an outdoor ropes course at Davidson College as they put their leadership and teamwork into practice for a full day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ROAR Leaders <\/strong>– <\/strong>Orientation leaders play a pivotal role in the Royals Orientation Advising and Registration (ROAR) experience.
