Giving Societies
Giving Societies
There are many ways to show your support of Queens, from a one-time gift of any amount to a long-term planned gift. Established giving societies help us honor you and your support.
The Adelaide Society
The Adelaide Society honors the loyalty and lasting impact of Queens alumni who have made a gift of any amount, for three or more consecutive years. Named for Adelaide Anderson Davis ’61, whose generosity and spirit of service embody the very best of Queens, the Adelaide Society celebrates the alumni whose consistent support sustains scholarships, strengthens academics, and enriches student life through their unwavering support.
Albright Legacy Society
The Albright Legacy Society, named for Professor Emerita and former Dean of Students Thelma Albright, gratefully acknowledges and recognizes alumni and friends who make a commitment to Queens University through a will, living trust, or some form of planned giving.
The Ministrare Leadership Society
The Ministrare Leadership Society honors the extraordinary generosity of individuals, families, foundations, and organizations whose cumulative giving to Queens University of Charlotte totals $1 million or more. Named for the Latin word ministrare, meaning “to serve,” this society reflects the highest level of philanthropic leadership and commitment to Queens’ mission. Members of the Ministrare Leadership Society have made transformational investments that shape the university’s future, support generations of students, and embody the values of service, leadership, and lifelong impact.
The Royal Society
The Royal Society honors donors who demonstrate exceptional commitment to Queens through their generosity. By contributing $1,857 or more annually to the Queens Fund, Royal Society members provide vital support that empowers our students and strengthens the entire university community. This distinguished group reflects the enduring spirit of loyalty and leadership that defines Queens.
Young alumni Royal Society giving levels are $250 for alumni 1-5 years from graduation (Class of 2021-2025) and $750 for alumni 6-10 years from graduation (Class of 2016-2020).
