Finance Industry

CLEE designed, developed, and delivered a professional learning and development strategy workshop. This workshop strengthened collaboration within the L&D leadership team, leveraging appreciative inquiry and data-driven methods to identify root causes, establish workload boundaries with business partners, and effectively prioritize and balance initiatives.

Manufacturing Industry

CLEE collaborates with a client’s designated representatives to provide change management assistance for two business transformation projects.

Healthcare Industry

CLEE designed, developed, and facilitated a workshop for a misaligned team, utilizing the Leadership Versatility Index to address challenges and enhance team dynamics. The engagement included administering a multi-rater assessment instrument with individualized debriefs for six leaders, followed by the design and delivery of a half-day professional development workshop. The workshop was tailored to address themes emerging from the assessment process.
