Queens Equipment Rentals - Royals Recreation

The Campus Recreation Department at Queens University of Charlotte offers a variety of recreational equipment rentals to enhance your fitness and outdoor experiences. Whether you’re interested in playing a sport, exploring the outdoors, or staying active in the gym, we have everything you need to make your recreational activities enjoyable.

Our equipment rental program includes gear for sports, fitness, and adventure, available for checkout by current students, faculty, and staff. All rentals are designed to support your active lifestyle and make it easy for you to participate in the wide range of activities available at Queens.

How to Reserve Equipment

Please submit your equipment rental request using our form at least 48 hours before your rental date.

The Equipment Manager will notify you via email regarding the approval of your request.
By receiving approval, you agree to return the equipment in the same condition as at checkout. If any item is lost, damaged, broken, or not returned by the assigned due date, a $10 late fee may apply, or you may be required to replace the item.
Only Levine Staff have access to the equipment room. Check-out and return must be completed at the Levine Center Front Desk.
Rental time allotted: 48 hours unless additional time is requested and approved.
