Maureen Walsh Koricke, Ph.D.
Biography
Dr. Maureen Walsh Koricke is an Associate Professor of Health Administration and Director of the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program at Queens University of Charlotte. She teaches graduate courses in Quality Improvement in Healthcare, Healthcare Economics and Policy, and Managerial Epidemiology, and undergraduate classes related to the US healthcare system. Maureen has extensive industry experience leading and coaching QI initiatives in adult/pediatric – inpatient, ambulatory, and home health care settings. In addition, she teaches community and professional workshops on QI methodology and the use of data for improving health care. Her research focuses on curriculum evaluation, patient safety, and improvement work in health care delivery.
