Belk Chapel – Sanctuary & McInnes Rotunda

Host to thousands of weddings since its opening in 1950, Belk Chapel is a classically Southern space for your special ceremony with beautiful natural light. The airy rotunda is a great place to greet your guests from Radcliffe Avenue and pre-ceremony space for both the bride and groom’s parties. The Chapel is a non-denominational space so all religious backgrounds are welcome!

Rental Includes:

  • Seating for up to 500 guests using the lower level and balcony
  • One-hour rehearsal on the Friday before wedding
  • Wedding party dressing areas
  • Headset and lectern microphone
  • Use of the piano is included, but cannot be removed
  • On-site event manager to ensure the Chapel is ready with additional wedding coordination services available for an additional fee.

  • Housekeeping

Queens Hall – McInnes Parlors & Hall Brown Terrace

For more than 100 years, McInnes Parlors have welcomed guests to Queens in the heart of Queens Hall. The Parlors are great for gatherings such as cocktail receptions and holiday parties. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of campus from the Hall Brown Terrace, an outdoor extension of the McInnes Parlors. The parlors can accommodate up to 100 guests and weather permitting, the terrace extends the accommodation to 200. VIP parking is available for 15 guests.

Levine Center for Wellness and Recreation

Claudia Belk Room

With its more modern feel, the Claudia Belk Room offers seating for 150 and is the perfect space for receptions or special celebrations.

Rental Includes:

  • Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests
  • Projector and audio speaker used for media

The Levine Lobby

The Levine Lobby is the welcoming point for your guests whether attending a special event in the Claudia Belk Room or an athletic event in Curry Arena. The versatility of the space allows for anything from merchandising and ticketing to cocktail receptions. Accommodates 100 guests.

Rental Includes:

  • Up to 10 cocktail tables for receptions
  • Audio speakers are used for media
