The 2026 conference will take place in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, about six miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), which is the 6th busiest airport in the country with 188 non-stop flights each day.

Getting to the Hotel
The Sheraton-Le Meridien does not offer a shuttle. The easiest travel options from the airport are Lyft, Uber, or a taxi.

Outdoor Activities
Charlotte has trails, greenways, and outdoor attractions across the city.
- Little Sugar Creek Greenway – paved trail system with miles of routes throughout the city
- U.S. National Whitewater Center – whitewater rafting, trails, and other outdoor activities
- River District troll – “Pete with the Big Feet” is a large-scale outdoor sculpture by Danish “recycle-art” artist Thomas Dambo
Getting Around
The Lynx Blue Line – Charlotte’s light rail – is 0.7 miles from the hotel, and provides access to popular neighborhoods including South End and NoDa.
Staying longer?
The Southern Christmas Show opens Nov. 12. It’s the largest Christmas show in North America and typically draws large crowds. Plan ahead if you’d like to attend.
