Harness the power of human capital.
2020 was defined by unprecedented disruption and rapid changes to the way we do business. Responding to these changes requires utilizing an organization’s most valuable resource – its people. Organizations need people who can adapt and lead efforts to meet organizational and talent needs.
The MS in Talent and Organization Development (MSTOD) will prepare you to create, implement and lead change that will propel organizations and its people forward.
Talent & Organization Development Mini-Conference
The MSTOD program offers an annual mini-conference for all professionals interested in exploring workplace topics related to talent development and organizational change. The three one-hour sessions explore a new theme each year and are experiential, facilitated by MSTOD faculty or alumni and support participants’ understanding of the influence and impact that we have on others. For information about our next event and to register, please visit our webpage.
"There is currently an intentional shift to prioritizing people in business. The MSTOD curriculum places a needed value on people as well as processes and outcomes." -D. Todd Holmes Jr. '20
