Leadership Development Programs

Consulting / Advisory Services

The McColl School of Business is well known for our Master of Science in Talent and Organization Development (MSTOD) program. ELI brings that organization development expertise to our clients. We are frequently contracted to provide consulting services in the areas of strategy and strategic transformation; change and journey management; organization design and competency modeling; employee engagement and team dynamics; talent and succession planning; and meeting design and facilitation.
