The McColl School’s Change Management Graduate Certificate will provide you with the skills to evaluate strategies that positively motivate individuals and teams, overcome resistance to change, and design change to achieve organizational goals. You will learn to respond to situations through innovative management and the creation of new services when necessary. If you’d like to advance in your career as a change management professional, this is the program for you!
