For nurses who hold an MSN or a Master of Nursing degree, Queens University has designed a certificate to help you expand your career opportunities even further. The Clinical Nurse Leader certificate will prepare you to improve patient care outcomes, safety, and quality of care in clinical settings. You will study leadership principles and practices, management of clinical outcomes, and management of the care environment. Gain experience improving the quality and safety of healthcare in a clinical nurse leadership role.
Each member of our faculty has an impressive range of experience and qualifications in the areas in which they teach. Many of our faculty members still work in healthcare facilities in the Charlotte area and draw on their years of experience.
