Enrollment Verification

Current students can verify their enrollment through the National Student Clearinghouse. No need for manual form completions! However, if you need a physical signature, you must print out the completed form and visit the Registrar’s Office to obtain an official signature.

How to Obtain

  1. Navigate to the Enrollment Verification website.
  2. Choose “I have my SSN” or “I have my Student ID”.
  3. Enter your Social Security number (with no dashes) or Student ID Number and select submit. You will be taken to the Student Self-Service site.
  4. You can get your enrollment certification for either the current term or all terms by selecting “Obtain an enrollment certification.”
  5. If you also need documentation from the National Student Clearinghouse that displays the anticipated graduation date and the conferred graduation date:
    • Select ‘Enrollment Information on File’.
    • Select ‘Expand’.
    • Then print this page and submit it with the completed Enrollment Verification.
