Baccalaureate

Belk Chapel

At Queens, this ceremony welcomes those of all faith traditions – or none at all – who desire to pause, reflect, celebrate, and be inspired at this important moment in a graduate’s life. Queens invites a religious leader to offer a sermon to graduates and their loved ones. The sermon acknowledges the personal growth students have experienced during their time on campus, as well as the abundant opportunities they may encounter throughout their lives.

Graduates are encouraged to invite family and friends to join them for this special interfaith service.

Parking: Please use the North Parking Deck or the Harris Admissions lot for the event.

Livestream: Given the limited space in Belk Chapel, a livestream of the service will take place in Claudia Belk.

If anyone has special accommodations/needs, please feel free to contact Chaplain Adrian Bird (birda@queens.edu).

Graduation Reception

5:00 p.m.
Belk Chapel Lawn

Following the Baccalaureate Ceremony, let’s come together for a joyful celebration! Connect with fellow graduates, faculty, and friends over refreshments as we toast to your accomplishments.
