Traditional Nursing Students Admission Process

Step One: Submit Your Application

To complete the Upper Division Nursing application for your program of interest, you’ll use the Queens application portal and select the ‘Upper Division Nursing’ option.

Step Two: Official Transcripts & Other Necessary Documentation

1. Request an official high school transcript be sent to Queens. 
2. Request all official college and university transcript(s) be sent to Queens Traditional Undergraduate Admissions Office.
3. Submit Statement of Good Standing form.
4. Submit Proof of Courses in Progress. (Current class schedule)

Step Three: Optional Elements

Letters of Recommendation

Do you work with a teacher, school counselor, or community leader who knows you really well? If you do, we’d love to hear from them through a letter of recommendation.
