In the McColl School’s Leadership & Change Graduate Certificate, you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, the human dynamics of organizational change, and the frameworks associated with leadership and change management. With this knowledge, you will be equipped to make decisions that facilitate positive organizational change. If you’d like to advance in your career as a leadership and change professional, this is the program for you! 

The Certificate in Leadership & Change can be completed on its own or as a specialization in the MBA program. Courses may also be applied toward the MS in Talent in Organization Development.
