Student Veterans

As an ROTC student or military veteran, you have demonstrated that you are willing to take risks for something greater than yourself. This willingness to sacrifice in service to your country means you’ll fit right in at Queens, where our motto is “non ministrari sed ministrare,” or “not to be served, but to serve.”

It is at Queens that you will find a new home for your dedication and purpose as you continue to stretch, reach, and be daring in pursuit of new opportunities. And you will be doing so among students and faculty who, like you, want to make a difference in their community and in the world.

At Queens, we value your military experience. In honor of your service, we have developed a specific program to help turn the skills you learned into the building blocks of a new career. We also appreciate the sacrifices of your family and welcome veterans, active military, dependents, and spouses to our undergraduate and graduate level courses. We promise you a personalized experience with small classes, easy access to faculty and school resources and customized learning in a supportive environment.
