We Welcome You to Visit and Get the Queens Experience Firsthand
Welcome to Queens. We welcome you to come by for a campus tour or an info session to see why so many people who visit Queens decide to become Queens students.
Daily Campus Visits
Be our guest. During our daily visit you will get a great overview of our undergraduate experience. You will tour campus and talk to an admissions counselor. This visit is tailored to high school students and their families, as well as adult or post-traditional students. Let us know what else you would like to see and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Discover Queens is a Saturday event from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. for all undergraduate students that gives students and families the opportunity to meet admissions counselors, tour campus and talk with students. You’ll get an in-depth view of the classroom experience, life at Queens, and the enrollment process.
Upcoming Discover Queens Events: Saturday, November 10, 2018 and Saturday, April 13, 2019
Queens University of Charlotte has partnered with five first-class hotels in the Charlotte area to be the preferred host hotels of the Royals. Be sure to lodge at one of five hotels to receive a special Queens rate while staying in town. It is important to mention Queens when making a reservation.
Accepted Student Days
Once admitted to Queens, we believe that you are ready to take a deeper look at what it means to be a Royal. At these events, you’ll get to spend a day-in-the-life of a Queens student. In the morning, you’ll observe two classes and have the chance to get to know your future classmates. After lunch in the dining hall, you’ll tour each freshman residence hall and attend a first-year program fair. The program fair will serve as another touchpoint with some of our signature programs and their staff. Event dates are February 15, March 25 and April 8 in 2019. Registration for these events is housed in your admissions portal.
Adult Undergraduate Visits
While adult students are invited to attend every visit event, there are several dates designed with adult undergraduate students in mind. Post-traditional counselors will be available at the daily campus visit and tour on Saturday, November 17. Adult students are also invited to join in at Discover Queens on November 10.
